**Job Description:**

As a Licensed Remote Insurance Agent, you will:

- Provide expert guidance to clients on their insurance needs, including property and casualty, life, and health insurance.

-Provide support to existing clients and or staff at least 20 hours per week.

- Assess clients' current insurance policies and offer suitable recommendations.

- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure their ongoing insurance needs are met.

- Work remotely from anywhere in the United States with a flexible schedule, allowing for a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 40 hours based on various factors.

- Utilize provided leads to generate sales and commissions.

- Ensure that leads furnished by the company are taken care of within the same business day.

**Qualifications:**

- Active insurance license for property and casualty and life and health in any state within the United States.

- Must be willing to file for a nonresident license in Maryland, DC, and Virginia prior to employment. The expenses for these licenses will be covered by our company.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in insurance, particularly with a State Farm background, is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented.

- Ability to work independently.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
