We are looking for talented and dynamic B2B field-sales professionals with a proven track record of sales success. Our client is a high-profile Fortune 200 Company in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is experienced in prospecting, territory management, and account management. The ideal candidate thrives when cold-calling small businesses and serving as a strategic consultant for their needs.

Compensation:

· $40k Base

· Expense Account

· Uncapped Commission

· First Year Average Earnings of $70K - $85K (Annualized)

Key Responsibilities:
· Engage in conversations leveraging consultative selling with business owners from all industries

· Maintain high levels of product and service knowledge, clearly communicate appropriate product features and benefits and other elements of small business services

· Continuously improve on key selling skills including: partnering with the gatekeeper, greeting decision–maker, understanding needs, positioning product and value, and sell & close in a short sales cycle

· Identify prospects by utilizing creative lead generation techniques

· Effectively build/manage pipeline; organize and plan daily sales route to maximize productivity

· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

· 75% Hunter / 25% Farmer

Qualifications:

· Minimum 1-3 years field sales experience within B2B sales environments (Required)

· Experience working autonomously in a consultative sales environment

· Astute at closing new business and managing existing accounts

· Superior verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills

· Ability to ask strategic, open-ended questions to uncover needs

· Comfortable with technology and web-based reporting

· Strong organizational and time management skills

College degree preferred
