We are a growing personal injury law firm in Richmond, Virginia seeking a responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented person to join our workers compensation team as an associate attorney.
In this role, you will be representing injured workers before the Virginia Workers Compensation Commission. With an established case load, client contact will commence after a rigorous 30-day training regimen. The candidate will be meeting with clients, taking depositions, arguing motions and representing clients in administrative hearings before the Workers Compensation Commission. Successful candidate is an effective communicator, skilled negotiator with strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem solver and well organized. A state-of-the-art dashboard will assist you in the management of your case load.
Education and Experience: BA and JD. Must be licensed in Virginia. Newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply. We offer a competitive salary, on-going training, full benefit package, PTO and holidays.
