*****This is a contract position****
· Support for all offices in NY. Will be supporting approximately 500 users. This is a walk up culture, so must be comfortable with dropping what they are doing at any given time to provide support.
· The environment is mostly Mac (75-80%) and Windows.
· Must have a deep understanding of Mac, know command lines, basic concepts including changing permissions.
· Troubleshooting should entail looking at logs, etc (not just installs).
· Must have experience with Jamf.
· Must also know Windows. Sindows support tool is big fix.
· Mac support tool is Jamf collaboration tools: ZOOM, Slack and Microsoft team ..
· Agile environment experience
· Relationship management - Looking for a people person with technical experience. Someone who really enjoys helping people. This person will be supporting the business as well as executives. Must be comfortable and enjoy supporting all levels.
· A Go-getter - wants to be able to rely on this person technically. Must be able to work with the process in place and get things done. Must be able to guide other junior team members.
