What your day will look like:

As a Sales Enablement Manager - Channel, you'll design, develop, and deliver commercial eLearning solutions and sales tools to make selling easier for our partners to drive growth and success. You'll have a strong sense of ownership and contribute your bold and creative ideas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across sales, sales engineering, product management, marketing, and with our channel partners to define needs and propose eLearning solutions, and work closely to validate commercial training content
  • Perform regular activity reporting for Genetec University to track effectiveness of eLearning programs and continuously improve content
  • Develop and deliver live commercial training sessions in a virtual classroom
  • Develop and launch internal workshops to help make selling easier for the field
  • Write, edit, and format presentations and supporting materials for commercial eLearning courses
  • Manage and deliver eLearning assets on our Learning Management System for channel partners, "Genetec University"
  • Collaborate with the USA Channel Enablement team on program strategy
About you:
  • 3-5 years' experience in B2B/technology; sales enablement, product marketing and/or instructional design
  • Outstanding communicator, presenter, and content creator
  • Highly organized project manager
  • Problem-solver who can work with a minimum of direction and supervision, that can translate broad directives into meaningful activities
  • Collaborator who works well cross-functionally to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Understanding of complex technology systems
  • Understanding of Learning Management Systems
  • Plus: if you have IP Security industry background and/or experience working with channel/indirect sales model, but not required
  • Plus: if you have experience with Camtasia, Wrike or Docebo
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage deadlines, ambiguity, and change
