Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
• Provides quotes on all personal lines insurance policies
• Prepares presentations for new business and aids in preparing annual review appointments
• Cross sells other products at every opportunity.
• Provides customer service by making updates and changes.
• Updates information in agency CRM.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Client Service Associate Requirements:
• Knowledge with Social Media.
• Excellent computer skills, especially typing, written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail.
• Must have a 440 Florida State Insurance License
