Human Resource Representative

We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual for our HR Representative role. Written and verbal Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not required.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate sourcing and recruitment process
• Coordinate staffing changes for payroll
• Act as liaison to employees and managers for all inquiries and requests
• Enforce all corporate policies
• Coordinate and conduct training programs throughout the year
• Coordinate progressive discipline process
• Coordinate coaching & counseling
• Conduct monthly compliance audits as required
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
• Assist Lead HRR, HR Manager and CHRO with special projects as required
• Assist in facilitating company events as required

Qualifications:

• BS in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Labor Relations or related field
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred 
• 3-5 years of HR experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher & Outlook)
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is preferred
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Strong verbal/written communication skills in English (and Spanish preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
