General Floor provides Flooring pros, Building pros, Design pros, and Property Management companies with a large selection of affordable wholesale floor covering and flooring related products and services.

Summary:

You will administer and support our operations in Payroll, Compensation, Benefits and Policy at our Headquarters located in Bellmawr, NJ.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer Payroll
  • Manage benefits, enrollments, terminations and payments as required
  • Manage all leaves of absence including FMLA, STD, LTD, and WC. Process paperwork, status changes, employee follow-up and benefit payments
  • Maintain human resources documents consistent with state and federal regulation
  • Assist with the development and initiation of new and same safety policies with senior management

  • Excellent listening skills and effective communication style, both verbally and written
  • Ability to develop productive working relationships among peers
