Physical Security Project managers and Telecommunications PM's

We are currently seeking Project Mangers who have experience with working with Security Projectsas well as Telecommunications Project Managers anywhere from commercial to Private sectors.

Seeking top telecommunation/ Security Experts to relocate to Seattle.

Services Include: System Standards & Prototypes,Strategic Planning & Budgeting,Needs Assessments,Auditing,Video Management System Selection & Integration,System Integration & Sequence of Operations,System Design ,Project Management/Construction Administration,Commissioning.

Systems:Video Surveillance Electronic Access Control & Door Hardware Integration Intrusion Detection/Prevention Mass Notification/Emergency Communications Panic/Duress Alarming IP Networks & Transport Technologies Server & Storage Area Networks

Parking Control/Point-of-SaleCommand & Control Facilities

Minimum Requirements

§ Minimum 7 years in security and/or telecommunications industry

§ Minimum 5 years working in the construction industry; plan spec or design build

§ Minimum 5 years of direct client contact in consulting or construction fields

§ Minimum 5 years in developing and delivering professional presentations on program status and opportunities for improvements

§ Thorough understanding of construction delivery methods (Design build, Design bid build, Negotiated contract)

§ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, electrical engineering or information technology/computer science

§ Security ASIS certification(s) for PSP or CPP Not required

§ Experience in security intrusion and access control systems including but not limited to Lenel, S2 Security, Software House

§ Experience in security CCTV video management systems including but not limited to Milestone, Genetec, Lenel, Exacq

§ Experience in next generation electronic security technologies such as millimeter wave radar, perimeter detection technologies and identity managment

§ Excellent organizational and communications skills

§ Experience managing internal and external teams within the engineering or contractor fields

§ Experience developing detailed scopes of work and reviewing professional contracts

§ Thorough working knowledge of telecommunications structured cabling systems for POE technology coordination

§ Serve as a technical resource for others throughout the firm, providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise

§ Recommended not required– Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification through BICSI

§ Recommended not required – Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through PMI


§ Manage RFQ participation with marketing for subconsultant and prime consulting opportunities, both public sector and private sector

§ Manage client relationships with fortune 100 clients

§ Manage client relationships with specific public sector K12 education and government entities


§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly and concisely present information in one-on-one and small group situations and interact effectively at all levels and across diverse corporate cultures

§ Significant experience with door hardware types and manufacturers

§ General understanding of security technologies related to intrusion detection, electronic access control, surveillance video and methods for integration of disparate systems

§ Ability to understand security operations and identify supporting technologies

§ Working knowledge of networking and computing technology including active directory

Client Standards

§ Maintain owner’s performance requirements and basis of design documents

§ Develop and maintain client specifications, part numbers, details, etc.

§ Develop and maintain standards for construction documentation

§ Evaluate and develop client facing reports for new and emerging technology
