Position Overview: The Housekeeper is responsible for housekeeping / janitorial duties and light routine maintenance of facilities in the community. Essential Job Functions: Clean floors, walls, windows, appliances, light fixtures, furniture, and restrooms. Maintain laundry room facilities including cleaning of dryer vents.
Assist in refurbishing apartments as needed. Assist in handling minor routine maintenance repairs and snow removal. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
Demonstrated housekeeping/janitorial or maintenance ability or experience desirable. Able to work overtime and emergency call in. Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License.
Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.
