Small office seeking an Entry Level Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks
• No previous experience in an office is preferred**
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Quick learner
• Working knowledge of Microsoft programs such as word, excel and outlook (preferred but not required)
Full time 9:00am-5:00pm M-F
