- Responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships with a broad spectrum of cross-industry clients, working closely with the Team Leaders and Senior Management to identify prospective client company prospects.
- Develop new business opportunities that support our Company's overall growth strategy.
- Target Senior Level Hiring Managers and Human Resources leaders actively promoting our Executive Recruiting and Recruitment Services.
- Achieve set sales goals by signing up new clients seeking our services.
- Maintains a sales database within CRM.
- Bachelors Degree in Business.
- 5+ years documented success in B2B Sales.
- We highly prefer recruitment or staffing industry experience.
- Experience in cold calling.
- Ability to research and create calling lists.
- An understanding of finance, and business financial documents.
- Strong ethics and professionalism
