Title of Position: Assistant General Manager
Job Description: The Assistant General Manager (AGM), just like the General Manager, is responsible for making sure that the restaurant is set up for success every day. The AGM oversees every aspect of the restaurant and is responsible for maintaining service standards, guest relations, hiring and firing, and building maintenance while assisting with food cost controls and labor schedules. The responsibilities also include overseeing the smooth order of service, assisting the staff when needed, and reinforcing the restaurant standards. He/she must organize and supervise staff arrivals, call-ins, floor plans, side work, linen, cleanliness and dining room/bar service matters. Lastly, the AGM must be able to fill the role of General Manager whenever the GM is not present or available.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years Management experience with a resume that demonstrates commitment to previous positions
- Fine-Dining experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Flexible Schedule
