Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ordering food and beverage supplies, scheduling staff, enforcing health and safety procedures and managing the restaurant menu. The Restaurant Manager will monitor food preparation, ensure proper cleaning methods, inspect equipment and food deliveries, manage payroll and implement attainable but challenging goals for hourly staff. The Restaurant Manager will perform administrative activities such as scheduling and budgeting, communicate with customers, sales reps, and suppliers and be in direct contact with the General Manager daily.

Qualifications:

· The Restaurant Manager should always make themselves available to the restaurant

· The Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

· The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is necessary for the Restaurant Manager

· An earnest desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Manager must possess

· High volume experience of 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager is necessary for this position
