Title of Position: Restaurant Shift Manager
Job Description: Our Restaurant Shift Manager must work well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure proper food handling procedures are always followed, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating and verifying temperature of products. The Restaurant Shift Manager must transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart, when required. It is of the utmost importance to regularly clean and sanitize workstations and equipment. The Restaurant Shift Manager must have the personality and skill set to teach and treat team members with respect and kindness while leading through example and confidence.

Qualifications:
This position requires 1-2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Shift Manager
The Restaurant Shift Manager must be able to move and lift supplies weighing over 40 pounds
The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Restaurant Shift Manager
Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Restaurant Shift Manager
The Restaurant Shift Manager may be required to work nights/weekends/holidays
