Job Description: Our Kitchen Manager is responsible for various duties and responsibilities including overseeing the entire operation of the kitchen. This Kitchen Manager is expected to maintain the highest food quality for our guests. The Kitchen Manager is also responsible for supervising and training the kitchen staff, overseeing all phases of food production, inventory, food safety and service and production time standards. The Kitchen Manager must also ensure the kitchen area meets the mandated guidelines associated with health and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years current experience as a salaried Restaurant Kitchen Manager in a Full Service concept
  • High volume background – Restaurant Kitchen Manager candidates must have experience in restaurants doing at least $2 million per year in sales
  • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
