Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: Our Restaurant General Managers are responsible for creating an overall easy-going customer-focused ambiance. The person in this position will take control of day-to-day operations while managing and maintaining operational targets and goals. Additional responsibilities for this position include recruitment and developing a dedicated team centered on improving sales and sales revenue. Inventory management and maximizing profitability by cost control will also be required.

Qualifications:

The Restaurant General Manager must have at least 2 years of previous General Management experience

The Restaurant General Manager must have excellent communication and people skills

The Restaurant General Manager must have the ability to handle multiple tasks

The Restaurant General Manager must show a proven ability to solve problems and handle high stress situations

It is necessary for the Restaurant General Manager to be able to work weekends, holidays, evenings and additional shifts as needed
