Founded in the 1940’s, we operate over 2,000 restaurants worldwide and are known for our quick, friendly service. Being the first quick service restaurant to commit to serving only antibiotic free poultry, we pride ourselves on our product and commitment to our customers. Title of Position: Assistant General Manager
Job Description: The Assistant General Manager helps direct the daily operations of our establishments. Our Assistant General Manager will oversee profit and loss by following cash control, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, and taking corrective action when needed. Our Assistant General Managers play a major role with recruiting, interviewing and hiring outstanding team members, along with, their retention. As a Assistant General Manager, you would be responsible for conducting performance appraisals while motivating your team members to be the best they can be.

• Must have 3-5 years of General Management experience in a Quick Service environment, high volume a plus
• A solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking is necessary for the Assistant General Manager
• The Assistant General Manager must be results driven with high expectations and standards
• Expertise at developing relationships while leading others is required for the Assistant General Manager
• A positive attitude that is infectious and inspiring is a must for the Assistant General Manager
