Title of Position – Head Chef

Job Description: Our Head Chef must provide strong leadership, developmental skills, support, and motivation to leaders in the kitchen, creating a positive setting encouraging ownership and accountability; recruiting and maintaining a talented team while meeting or exceeding business outcomes. The Chef in this position will create and develop distinctive dishes which provide our guests with various selections. The Chef will set trends and enhance unique culinary experiences for the style of cuisine. The Chef will need to be a role model with extraordinary culinary skills and be cuisine savvy.

Qualifications:

· The Chef should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation

· Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction are requirements for the Chef

· A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Chef

· The Chef must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others

· High volume experience of 2+ years experience as a Chef is a must for this position
