Title of Position- General Manager

Job Description: As our General Manager you’ll be responsible for the overall daily operations of the restaurant. Ensuring guest satisfaction and excellent food quality will be a top priority of the General Manager. The General Manager must have excellent leadership and coaching abilities that enable promoting career growth to the staff. Training staff and keeping them informed about new menu items and procedures will be an ongoing function of our General Manager. Routine follow-up and evaluations of staff members will be expected to ensure that proper procedures and standards are being met. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to plan ahead are also needed to be successful as our General Manager.

Qualifications

  • The General Manager should posses 3+ years of high volume restaurant management experience
