Our burgers are 100% USA grass-fed beef raised sustainably and humanely, vegan burgers made from whole foods like quinoa and black beans; simple clean food that works for everyone, tastes incredible and makes an impact! From the beginning, weve used only recycled and biodegradable packaging. We limit our footprint with regional beef sourcing and participation in a biofuel program. Our used fry oil is collected & converted to power vehicles (green power!) on the military base in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We feel pretty pumped to fuel with fries! We are looking for our next successful General Manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description:

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for maintaining daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the success of the restaurant. The Restaurant General Manager would oversee upgrading and improving operations when needed to maintain quality products and service according to company standards and policies. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee profit and loss by following cash control, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, and taking corrective action when needed. The Restaurant General Manager plays a major role recruiting, interviewing and hiring outstanding team members as well as their retention and acts as a role model and demonstrating professional behavior towards the customers and staff.

Qualifications:

The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree on honesty and integrity

Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant General Manager

The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Restaurant General Manager

The Restaurant General Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others

This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant General Manager
