Currently, there are more than 50 locations and another 50 locations under contract to open based in the midwestern states and into Florida and Arizona. Company continues to add additional franchise locations in key midwestern and sunbelt markets throughout the country.

The individual acting as Franchise Business Consultant is also responsible for... maintaining and supporting the general operating philosophies and policies of the Company, leading new store opening teams in their region, as well as assisting other departments as necessary to achieve the overall mission of the brand.Skills & Experience: Provide leadership to franchisees and their operators regarding current and future restaurant development.
Must be an expert in "hands-on" restaurant operations to ensure brand integrity, enhance the franchisees' capabilities, maximize brand awareness, promote brand equity and grow market share. Comprehend and understand operations and general business policies and procedures to explain to Franchisees. Support all operations and general business policies of the Company when interacting with Franchisees, their managers, and employees.
Visit with Franchisees, their managers, and employees as directed by the Company to undertake any and all responsibilities as stated within the objectives plan. Ensure all Operations Manuals and other required documents in the Franchise locations supported are updated as necessary to conform to current standards in use throughout the system. Evaluate the operations performance of Franchise locations, as directed, documenting Franchise performance according to standards prescribed by the Company.
Assist Franchisees to develop appropriate operations plans, business plans, marketing plans, budgets, and profitability targets for their locations; meet with Franchisees to monitor progress in achieving their goals. Promotes the brand by facilitating the implementation of the local marketing strategy and provides counsel regarding reinvestment/upgrades that maintain image. Provide recommendations to Franchisees and their managers for improving the quality of day-to-day operations in their location, while maintaining a positive relationship with them at all times.
Serve as primary point-of-contact for the Company for various questions or issues raised by Franchisees, and/or their staff, on a day-to-day basis. Has ability to handle high stress situations. Strong organizational skills with excellent oral (including public speaking) and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to partner with others to achieve results/resolution. Excellent financial and business acumen with a history of running profitable areas of responsibility. Has ability to travel frequently (up to 90%), including overnight stays and airline travel when applicable.
