Executive Chef – production.
Richmond, Virginia Area
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Production Chef in the South Richmond area.
The Executive Chef will have responsibility for meal period production and supervision of the sous chef team.,
In addition to daily production the Executive Chef will oversee sanitation, safety, HAACP and labor budgets.
Experience with large on-premise events and banquets will be a big plus.
Experience in freestanding operations as well as contract foodservice environments will be a great fit for this role.
The Executive Chef will work closely with the Catering Chef and the Catering Director.
$75K base salary.
