Title of Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager
Job Description:
The Restaurant Assistant General Manager will provide proper direction for the restaurant. The person in this position must oversee daily operations and drive good results through people development, sales, and profit growth. The Restaurant AGM will hire, train, and develop staff members, and ensure all staff members understand and display our values, beliefs, and lifestyle. The Restaurant Assistant General Manager must be a creative team player who enjoys hard work, loves to have a great time, and shows a true commitment to their career.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant Assistant General Manager in a high volume (over $2m per year in sales) concept
  • Restaurant AGM must be able to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Restaurant Assistant General Manager must have hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed are key attributes for a successful Restaurant Assistant General Manager 
  • Restaurant Assistant General Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
