Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager provides leadership and inspiration to make sure all managers and team members are guest-focused, team-focused and community connected. The General Manager will be required to exercise understanding of restaurant operations, manage staff resources, provide guidance, develop and coach managers and improve sales, revenue and operating standards. The General Manager will preserve sensitive information, abide by and enforce company policies, programs, and compliance concerns along with overseeing the human resource function in the restaurant ensuring recruitment, selection, orientation, coaching, scheduling and performance.

Qualifications:
  • High volume experience of 3+ years as a General Manager is a must for this position
  • A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the General Manager must posses

  • The General Manager must live by a guest orientates philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
