Title of Position: Restaurant Service Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Service Manager will assist the General Manager in the overall daily operations of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will direct the hourly employees and will work side by side with the Kitchen Manager to ensure compliance with company specifications for food preparation, sanitation and Guest service. The Restaurant Manager will be extremely active in the development and training of all hourly staff, and will need to have stellar leadership skills. The Restaurant Manager will work directly under the General Manager.
