Center City personal injury law firm is seeking a full time paralegal. Must be proficient with filing in local, state, and federal courts, service rules, and discovery procedures. Must have experience preparing complaints, discovery motions, settlement memoranda and pre-trial memoranda. Will also meet with clients, obtain medical records, draft correspondence, schedule depositions and all other components related to trial preparation. Qualified applicants must have 5 years of experience. Knowledge of the Needles case management system is a plus.
