Seeking Motivated Experienced CNC Programmer/Operator
Gauge Design Group has an immediate opening for a permanent, full-time CNC Programmer/Operator. We are a fast-growing company providing custom casework, millwork, and metal fabrication, in addition to our award-winning staircases. We currently have several years of world-class projects under contract and are looking to add exceptional candidates to our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create programs and modify existing ones for increased efficiency
Utilize drawings or CAD models to generate program development
Use RhinoCAM software to produce programs.
Be able to program parts with complex curves
Load and operate multiple CNCs
Ensure output conforms to desired specifications
Provide basic support and maintenance for CNC
Ideal candidate should possess:
5+ years of CNC programming and operation experience
Ability to work independently in addition to as part of a team
The ability to read blueprints, take precise measurements and execute shop math
A keen eye for detail
Ability to share knowledge and contribute to an “Always Learning and Improving” environment
