WE ARE LOOKING FOR REGISTERED NURSES FOR OUR WILMINGTON, DE FACILITY!!!
This individual will be responsible for performing initial nursing assessment prior to the comprehensive physical conducted by a licensed physician for all incoming clients. The nurse will also be responsible for overseeing the scheduling of doctor’s visits, inoculations, lab work and/or x-rays, supervising the dispensing of medication and maintaining the client’s medical folders. The nurse will oversee and coordinate all medical, dental, and vision trips, ensure that there are adequate medical supplies and request medical records for all clients.
Work is performed with considerable independence in accordance with established regulations, policies and procedures in a coordinated effort with the Medical Consultant and/or the Director of Nursing, and/or Program Director. This individual is responsible to the Director(s) for overall program effectiveness and the achievement of program objectives.
- Current RN license in good standing in Commonwealth of PA.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an addictions, mental health or community health care setting preferred.
