Our clients need us to grow our full-time staff in order to support their needs in this market. We are currently looking for full-time entry level Account Representatives with a background in banking, customer service or related industry who thrive in fast-paced environments and who are ready for training in the following areas:

  • Customer service and retention
  • Business account sales and marketing
  • Management and business administration
  • Contract negotiations

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS Preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
