We offer a wide range of landscaping services to help the Nashville community grow with inspirational designs and a constant focus on earth-friendly products and sustainable landscaping. From consultation to design, installation, and maintenance, we work with customers to cultivate exquisite plant arrangements and custom-built hardscapes for their homes or commercial properties. Additionally, we also provide an in-store experience at our downtown garden center to help our customers find inspiration for their outdoor landscape or indoor oasis, whether first-time gardeners or experienced horticulturists. 

We are growing! Gardens of Babylon Landscapes is searching for a Sales/Designer to join our amazing team! This Landscape Design Sales opportunity is a fantastic way to enhance your career with unlimited earning potential and to advance in our ever-growing company. We offer an extremely competitive commission structure with first year earnings ranging anywhere from $60,000-150,000+ with excellent medical benefits and an unbeatable work culture where you feel celebrated.You will love being part of our creative team!

A day in the life of a Landscape Sales Designer: 

• Interfacing directly with new and existing clients, building relationships, and generating new leads 

• Creating exceptional designs and landscape solutions using AutoCAD for our clients 
• Prepare customer proposals and designs and manage sales process for each client 
• Collaborate with subcontractors throughout the design process 
• Facilitate permits and HOA approvals for clients 
• Ensure all safety standards are being followed 

Our ideal candidate for this Sales Designer role is a creative initiative-taker who enjoys connecting with clients and has a genuine desire to provide beautiful and well-thought-out landscape designs and solutions to our clientele. 

Desired Qualifications: 

• Landscaping Design experience or related experience 
• AutoCAD Experience is a plus
  
• A valid driver's license 

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus ¡Beinvenidos a todos! Se hablamosespañol. 

Physical Requirements:  

• Required to work outdoors through all types of seasonal weather and with clients
  
• Ability to lift 15-50 lbs. frequently 
• Ability to lift 51-90 lbs. occasionally
