Starting Pay Rate: $17.50 hr.

Full-time schedule's available (eligible for company benefits):
*Multiple full-time positions are available! Must be available to work days, nights, and some overnights during the week/weekend depending on the positions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Bank Security Officer general Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Ability to read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Access control responsibilities directing heavy traffic and restraining trespassers during the start and end of business hours.
• Patrol client property on foot, securing personnel, assets, and corresponding parking lot in all weather conditions.
• Investigate and take appropriate action as authorized by corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety, and fire incidents.
• Secure all doors, windows, and exits, depending of shift.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bank Security Officer Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
• KCMO security license or ability to obtain and maintain (will help to obtain if hired in the KCMO area).
• Prior security or related experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills/experience.
• Helpful, courteous attitude.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to exercise good judgment.
• Proficiency with computers and aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
• Working knowledge of public safety, security operations, and procedures accepted.
