At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in North Las Vegas, NV.
Compensation: $20.00 / Hour
Shift: Grave: 0000 to 0800: Monday to Friday.

About the job:

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority, as you provide critical Access Control, greeting all who enter.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You follow the rules of engagement, and use of de-escalation techniques, rather than use weapon first.
• You conduct periodic foot patrols to keep facility safe and free of theft, damage, or safety for employees and guests.
• You are vigilant as you conduct regular patrols by vehicle, golf cart, or on foot. Covering City Parks, the other parks within city limits, and other city properties.
• You keep the area free from vagrants, loiterers, or those trespassing.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• You have 3 years Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience!
• You have a NV Armed PILB in hand, and your qualifications are current.
• You have your own approved weapon/ammo/holster.
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You can pass a Psych Evaluation Exam prior to an interview.
• You have a DL and clean driving record.
• You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
