We are looking for dedicated Real Estate Sales Agents who are motivated and passionate about making the home buying and selling experience as simple and streamlined as it can be. We need people to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. We are a technology-driven real estate company with an aggressive internet lead generation system and we are one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in the Bay Area.
- Appointments with prospective buyers and sellers. We generate the leads and book the appointments for you. No cold calling or door knocking!
- Training for new agents and experienced agents so you can close 24+ transactions annually
- Full-time Admin staff support.
- Robust technology platforms to manage real estate transactions, track key performance indicators and handle client communication.
- Expanded training on a broad range of real estate subjects (e.g. commercial, flipping properties, rental investments, niche marketing, etc.)

$100,000 - $250,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those need
- Answer in-call inquiries about homes for sale and schedule showings
- Help buyer clients get pre-approved with mortgage lenders.
- Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- Consistently follow up with leads to increase sales
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Attend local and national conferences to expand your real estate skills, knowledge, and network
- Attend weekly meetings and training
- Senior agents will have opportunities to mentor junior agents in the real estate and sales processes
- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Driven and desires professional growth
- California Real-estate license or pursuing required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Understanding Social Cues

- Problem-Solving Skills
- Tech-savvy
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Organized and manage time effectively
- Ability to establish a good level of rapport and trust with clients
- Uses more assertive selling skills to get home sellers to list with them or to motivate hesitant buyers to make an offer
- A successful and proven sales history is ideal but not required
- Team player and willing to help other team members to achieve common goals
