This is a remote position.

SUMMARY:
The Executive Recruiter sources, screens, interviews, and recommends prospective employees for employment in executive or senior management positions.  This is an in-house executive search position and the people being recruited will become part of Gale Healthcare Solutions' rapidly-expanding corporate management team.

  • Each day is different from the next, especially in personal interactions. Fast-paced environment. Multiple projects going simultaneously.
  • Very socially-focused; requires "how can I help you?" attitude. Lots of attention spent on building and maintaining relationships, especially where helping, not pressuring, others fosters the relationship.
  • Adherence to established guidelines and procedures is important. It is important to involve others in the decision-making; there is a need to build consensus rather than make decisions alone.
  • Open, flowing communication is important. The position requires working with and through others, especially in a helping role. There is a need for a persuasive, "selling" (rather than "telling") communication style.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Create a pipeline and conduct full life-cycle recruitment, including:
  • Sourcing
  • Screening
  • Interviewing and Assessment
  • Selection and Negotiation
  • Credential and Reference Validation
  • Preparation of hiring package
  • Ensuring successful onboarding
In addition, the recruiter will:
  • Develop sourcing strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition Team leadership.
  • Consult and confer with Executive leadership and other key stakeholders throughout the recruiting life cycle.
  • Debrief hiring manager and candidates throughout the hiring process, maintain candidate relations and ensure engagement.
  • Maintain thorough records of their own work using the company's ATS.

RequirementsSUCCESS TIPS FOR THIS ROLE:
This position requires a personal drive to build and maintain relationships. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who can stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. There will be many different people to meet and work with. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, and the candidates. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. As time is usually a factor, the work must be done on time, as well as correctly. 
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Minimum of an Associates degree required. Bachelors degree or higher in a human resources, business, or social science discipline is preferred. Major HR or Talent Acquisition certifications are valued, but not required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of four (4) years full life-cycle recruiting experience recruiting executives or professionals is required. Must have significant, demonstrated expertise in recruiting this type of candidate. 
REQUIRED TRAVEL:
This position can be performed remotely, however, if the successful candidate is not located in the Tampa Bay area, occasional travel will be required for meetings and events.
