We are interviewing qualified candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant, to support the business in all three stores (soon to be 4 stores).
Qualified candidates must possess a proven track record: attention to detail, multi-tasking, assigning priorities, organizational and computer skills. You must demonstrate the ability to work well with others in a close, open environment.
Compensation ranges from $11 to $13 an hour based on your measured ability;
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Assist the back office by answering and routing phone calls to the correct departments
- Ordering and maintaining office and marketing supplies entity-wide
- Organizing, filing and resolving issues as they arise
- Directly Assist Corporate Officers by pulling reports as necessary and performing data entry tasks within MS Excel and our accounting system, Storis,
- Perform ad-hoc analytical projects for Corporate Officers, and
- Greet customers and enter sales orders.
