A Sales Representative/Brand Ambassador must have exceptional social skills, be highly organized, be able to work independently, demonstrate strong persuasive skills and be able to convey a high degree of professionalism. In addition, Sales Representatives/Brand Ambassadors will demonstrate excellent communication and aggressive sales/marketing skills. Knowledge of or involvement in the fitness industry is a big plus. This is a position with high income potential. General Accountabilities Brand Ambassador/Sales Representative (Primary Responsibilities) Create and implement a strategy to convert leads into loyal customers and raving fans. Maintain Lead Tracker daily by systematically communicating with potential prospects via phone (calls/texts), email and social media. Answer ALL calls in Ring Central as needed. Follow Inbound Call Script or Outbound Call Script (if returning a call or web-based inquiry) with the goal of scheduling in-home assessments. Conduct in-home client assessments following predefined processes and procedures with the goal of closing sales. Interact with prospective clients and promote company services to generate public interest in the brand in a thorough and professional manner. Serve as a team member part of an influential campaign that addresses the local target market while still reinforcing the same universal brand identity. Assist managers with the implementation of marketing campaigns. Perform other marketing duties relevant to promoting the brand. Share ideas with supervisors regarding new ways to market the brand. Represent company in a positive image to continue to build branding capabilities in a holistic manner using what is necessary from each core value to build the brand. Work independently as well as with other team members to provide complete information about the brand, company services and answer questions about the brand and company services. Record and maintain client preferences for future reference and provide information to the company on sales opportunities in a particular community. Provide customer feedback regarding the brand. Initiate contact with and follow up with potential prospects and referral sources for lead generation. Place GYMGUYZ signs, doorhangers, fliers and business cards as assigned. Attend ALL Network meetings/events as scheduled. Development & Management (Secondary Responsibilities) Log into Outlook and review and respond to emails DAILY and throughout your shift. Review tasks/appointments in Asana DAILY and log ALL hours worked. Attend ALL Corporate and Team meetings/events as scheduled. Conduct other van tasks as assigned. Team Player NO personal phone use during your shift. MUST have GYMGUYZ attire AND magnets on personal vehicle(s) at ALL times. Must be flexible with scheduling. Contributes ideas on ways to improve our processes, better serve clients and/or improve productivity in all areas and with all team players.
