GV's Heating & Cooling is currently hiring for a full-time Outside Sales Rep / HVAC Comfort Consultant to educate and advise customers on the purchase of new heating, cooling, and indoor air quality products in the Glenview, IL area. This heating and air conditioning position earns a competitive wage based on commission plus a draw.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time position works a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM with alternate Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Additionally, sales reps participate in the on-call emergency replacement rotation.

As an Outside Sales Rep / HVAC Comfort Consultant, you expertly close HVAC sales using your exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. You create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing. It's easy for the client to tell that you're truly listening as you help them make informed decisions about all of their repair and replacement options. Using your Comfort Advisor price book, you give accurate estimations and use authorized drops for negotiating prices. You make sure to visit during the installation of every job sold to ensure customer satisfaction. For each home you visit, you complete an accurate heat gain/heat loss calculation for clients.

Always professional, you treat both your customers and coworkers warmly and respectfully. You are meticulous in keeping all your paperwork accurate and up to date and always keep your sales manager in the loop. You love working with your amazing team and feel good about having improved your customers' homes at great prices!
