Communicating clearly so that all parties involved know what is happening and what will be happening.
Enter and keep track of all orders and invoices. Make sure everything gets paid to our vendors or payments are received by our client.
Monitoring order schedule and follow up activity as required to meet critical customer deadlines.
Administrating the E-Log System with the drivers.
Administer and follow up with our Fleet Tracking System.
Keeping calm and composed in the face of any surprise situations in order to tackle
them effectively and efficiently.
Thinking ahead to anticipate potential problems, such as allowing extra delivery time
during stormy weather.
Follow up with our vendors/clients and maintain a friendly relationship with them.
