Now hiring a Technical Desktop Support Specialist to join our expanding team onsite at one of our client's renowned surgical and critical care hospitals. Our client is known for its non-profit work, academic research, and service to Southern California. This is your chance to join the all-important IT team that makes their work possible.
- 4+ years in face-to-face Windows desktop support, with at least 3 of those years providing Tier 2 support to end users
Working knowledge of meeting SLA (Service Level Agreements)
Working Knowledge of ITSM tool, Service-Now is a plus
Basic industry standard technical knowledge
Ability to build rapport with clients; strong customer service, and a positive and professional demeanor
Able to stand for long periods of time
Lift up to 50lbs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on handling customers and conflict resolution
