Call Center Representative

We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues and transaction of customer payments

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Promotional Path:

  • Will start off as a Part-Time employee (20 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into Full-Time (30-40 hours/week)

Additional Compensation:

  • Starting base $10/hourly + commission (with bonus and commission, can earn up to $65/hour)
  • 401k with company matching contributions

Hours and Location with available positions:

  • Open : Mon, Tue, Thr 9-6 Wed 9-9, Fri 9-3:30, Sat 9-2, Sun -closed
  • Training center 14460 Lakeside Circle Suite 110 Sterling Heights MI 48313
  • Work from home after training completion or work from office your choice
