Job Description: Field IT Support Specialist
This is a full-time position
Salary: starting at $35K Year - depending on Experience
Driver’s License required
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience providing IT support over the phone or in person
Expert level familiarity with Windows 7, Windows 10 OS. Hardware, network, & Software Troubleshooting experience with PCs, Macs, and Laptops
Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server Environments
Ideal Candidate will have:
Professional work ethic. Great customer service. Excellent communication skills. Experience with Windows Server 2008, 2012, A+ Certification, Microsoft MCSE, Willingness to travel using the company car.
Technician will be dispatched to client’s location for general hardware and software troubleshooting to the Washington DC Area for Windows Desktops, Macs, and Windows Server as well provide over the phone remote support out of our Fairfax, VA office.
Will be responsible for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, will correspond and provide collaborative support to other team members. Will be responsible for updating documentation and processes. Will be responsible for briefing IT Coordinator and executives.
Should have Expert Level Experience with:
Microsoft Desktop OS (Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10) Microsoft Office 2013, 2016, PC Hardware troubleshooting, Network troubleshooting, reimaging PCs)
