This position is 100% remote, but you must be in these following states to work from home: Missouri, Texas, Kansas, Colorado.

The entry-level remote Account Manager position is a full-time position and you will be responsible for guiding our clients through the process of selecting the right benefit programs for their family’s specific situation through a needs analysis program and completing the necessary application. We do work by appointment only.

For individuals interested in leadership, our sales agents have the option to join the manager training program which is a pathway to our senior leadership positions. Our corporate offices just increased our budget by $2 million so there has been a sense of urgency to fill this program, we are not going to settle for just anyone either.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented


• High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass background check
• Must have a computer or laptop that uses Windows operating system
• High speed Internet access to support video conferencing
• Willing to obtain state life insurance licensure
