As an Order Management Specialist with GROF USA, your role is critical in driving customer satisfaction from receiving the merchandise through the fulfillment of our customer’s orders. You will work to ensure that orders are executed with excellence and that customer experience is nothing short of stellar. We are devoted to fulfilling orders for our business partners, continuously lifting industry standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Verify manufacturer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information
  • Contact customers by mail or telephone to give order information, such as scheduled delivery
  • date, anticipated delays, fulfillment related information
  • Confirm customer delivery information
  • Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and forward incomplete orders for further processing.
  • Confer with logistics, purchasing, sales, warehouse, or necessary personnel to expedite or trace shipments.
  • Compute total charges for merchandise or services and shipping charges
  • Coordinate with Logistics department to prepare, plan, and ship orders to designated locations
  • Inspect outgoing orders for compliance with customers' specifications
  • Check and monitor inventory records to determine availability of products sold
  • Record transactions and process claims for all damaged or defective goods
  • File copies of processed claims and follow-up with manufacturer until credit has been received
  • Notify purchasing department when inventory levels of specific items are low, or when orders would deplete available supplies.
  • Calculate and compile order-related statistics, and prepare reports for management
  • Work as a liaison between warehousing and logistics teams to ensure an efficient operation. Activities include: inventory counts, order audits, inventory audit
  • Participates in Logistics, Procurement, and Warehousing meetings
