We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join us in our growing regional pest control company. Your duties will include the job description below in addition to administrative duties for the executive and sales team. This is a professional job in our office in Santa Ana.
Pest control scheduling and routing, data entry, and working large call volume.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Verify accuracy of data imputed into the database.
Track documents received and completion dates.
Communicate with staff to facilitate job scheduling.
Communicate with vendors (Strong customer service skills)
Back up files.
Education, Knowledge and Skills:
H.S. diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
Strong data entry skills alpha and numeric.
Must be detail oriented.
Strong keyboarding skills.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must pay attention to detail, take initiative, and exercise good judgment
Pest control licenses or experience a plus.
You will be working in a fast paced office environment handling all aspects of pest control sales and service. You will be responsible for scheduling services, handling inbound and outbound calls, typing reports, preparing commission sheets, processing payments; all within tight deadlines.
Starting pay is between $15 to $18 per hour based on experience*
