Accounts Manager

The Account Manager works closely with the Account Director and is responsible for leading projects from idea to delivery, both on time and on budget. Account Manager’s duties extend beyond project management; they are knowledgeable of their clients' businesses, as well as the political climate and culture to best uncover opportunities for growth. They have established themselves as the go-to person for both Account Directors and Creative Directors.


  • Provide best in class client service to maintain and manage the day-to-day business relationships with current clients
  • Key project manager for all campaign executions and responsible for working with internal teams to launch and maintain 360-degree programs
  • Effectively manage multiple aspects of programs simultaneously, taking initiative to manage up direct reports
  • Day-to-day client communications, including updates, approvals, reporting and presentations

  • Excellent understanding of business and marketing challenges, and knowing how to prioritize and communicate them

  • Ability to establish and maintain a relationship of trust with clients and act as an expert for all their account service needs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • 4-6 years experience in marketing, event, or project management – ideally with a marketing agency
  • Proven experience working in a collaborative, creative environment
  • Comfortable with flexible work hours, travel, and work onsite
  • Proficient with a Mac and key programs like Keynote, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Personable and positive, eager to establish yourself as a valued contributor to the team


  • Experience with InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry is an asset but not required
  • Production experience
