RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Design, install and service Motorola TRBO radio systems and components

·         Analyze and repair radio systems at customer locations

·         Design, install and maintain DAS systems for emergency responder radio

·         Represent the company onsite at customer locations

·         Configure, program, and test cutting-edge, 2-way communications systems and accessories.

·         Manage all aspects of the networking platform

·         Troubleshoot network & system issues 

·         Monitor active network and server infrastructure 

·         Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment 

·         Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches

·         Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures

·         Document all technical procedures and user guides

JOB SUMMARY

RF Installer Level 3 assesses and estimates RF construction projects with high-level efficiency and accurately executes installations. • RF Installer Level 2 starts taking charge of specific tasks and helps Level 3 assess and estimate RF construction projects with high-level efficiency and accurately execute installations. • RF Installer Level 1 is an entry-level to assist and learn from Levels 2 and 3. They assess and estimate RF construction projects with high-level efficiency and accurately execute installations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

RF Installer L3 is a critical role and will supervise up to four junior-level installers. -Installer L3 is responsible for the completion of RF construction projects. -Ability to read blueprints -Communication skills imperative -Job site safety compliance -R56 Compliance -Problem-solver and Troubleshoots -Responsible for job outcomes and time tables -Proficient with cables, cable pulling-running, connections; light construction -Grounding Knowledge -Ability to work in a team RF Installer L2 -Can work with little to no supervision -Proficient with cables, cable pulling-running, connections; light construction -Grounding Knowledge -Will be working his way up to becoming a Level 3 -Ability to work in a team -Desire to learn quickly and efficiently -Ability to read blueprints -Communication skills imperative -Job site safety compliance -R56 Compliance -Problem-solver and Troubleshoots RF Installer L1 -Entry level installer, with little to no experience necessary -Ability to learn quickly -Provide own tools -Will be assisting L2 and L3 -Ability to work in a team -Desire to learn quickly and efficiently additional functions -Ability to do paperwork -Conduit is a plus -Experience in electrical is a plus • Preferred Experience in Vehicular Installs* Requirements -A Valid Driver’s License and a clean record is required -Punctual, verbal communication skills, task-oriented, detail-oriented, adaptable, neatness, desire to continuously learn, work well in a team. • A background or interest in electronics, low voltage cabling, RF theory, or alarm systems • A positive, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude

QUALIFICATIONS

·         The successful candidate will have the following attributes

·         Experience with Motorola TRBO systems and equipment

·         Familiarity with DAS for emergency responders

·         Ten plus years of electronics installation and repair

·         Experience with FACP or alarm systems is a plus

·         Clean driving record required

·         Previous experience as a network or systems administrator

·         Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols

·         Ability to prioritize and multitask

·         Deadline and detail-oriented

·         Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, some nights and weekends
