Bilingual Customer Care Representative at GMG Elite
Awesome, FULL TIME, PERMANENT to DIRECT HIRE. This is a permanent position, meaning you will be an GMG Elite employee from day one!
No experience necessary! We will train!
What will you be doing?
Working directly with our clients and their customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction possible!
Preferred to be bilingual – FLUENT in both English and Spanish (not required but a major plus!)
Must have experience working face to face with clients and customers.
Must have computer skills.
Must have good tenure in previous positions.
Must have a great attitude!
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively
- Positive, Professional and Honest with a great attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must Speak and Write English and Spanish
- Able to have reliable transportation to and from office
