RTN provides paid training for all outside sales representatives and continuous training to ensure every sales representative has the best opportunity for financial and personal growth.

Applicants Must Meet Below Requirements:

1 to 3 years of B2B outside sales experience

Memorize the RTN presentation (earn $250.00 bonus)

Coachable

Closer

Lead generator

Professional Phone skills

Reliable transportation

Drivers license

Auto insurance

Computer savvy

Positive attitude

Daily Responsibilities For Field Representatives:

Work withintheassigned market

Continue to prospectleads in the market

An average of 75 dials daily

(Whatever is needed to get appointments)

RTN Compensation;a base salary + bonuses, and an uncappedcommission structure. The average sales representativeearns$75K to $85K annually and top performers can earn $100k + per year. Sales representatives are paid weekly.

Salary $32K annually

$20,000 + in bonus money earned weekly, monthly, and quarterly. These bonuses are based on activity starting as soon as training is completed. This gives an earning potential of over $52,000before commissions are earned.

Uncapped commissions as high as 30%

Multiple bonuses earned
