Permanent Client Brand Ambassador required for one of DFW's most successful up and coming independent sales and marketing companies.
Duties will include:
Assist both the Sales Manager and external sales team achieve company objectives.
Enter orders into system, accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with Customers regarding clients products and services and answer queries as needed.
Develop close business relationships with our existing customer base. Getting respect and trust of customers will be key.
Pro-actively contact customers and potential customers about possible business opportunities on a daily basis, on a face to face basis in a direct sales platform.
Respond in a quick professional manner to all inquiries for products and services.
Internally liaise with all departments regarding customer inquiries, specifically working closely with management and client services.
Compile and process daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
Previous face to face experience, this can include include retail / trade counter, customer services, hospitality, marketing or sales
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure to include attention to detail
Customer focused and results driven
Can work on own initiative
Excellent decision making / influencing skills
Work with minimum supervision
